3. Mix a small amount of the cat eye powder with your chosen top coat, base coat, clear builder gel or NL crystal clear art gel
4. Using one of the NAILS-LUXE application brushes, apply the newly created cat eye mixture onto your nails making sure not to cure
5. Hold the NAILS-LUXE Magnet over the nail to create your desired cat eye effect, you can then cure
6. Finish with a top coat and cure for long lasting, glossy nails
CHROME APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

2. Apply the NAILS-LUXE art gel shade of your choice in either black, white or clear. This is a non wipe formula, so there's no need to wipe off any residue after curing

4. Lightly buff or file around the free edge to ensure no powder is stuck, then dust off any excess powder
5. Finish with top coat and cure for a long lasting, glossy finish
