Returns & Refunds
At NAILS-LUXE, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality professional products and exceptional customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team, and we will always do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nails-luxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Professional Gel System Products
Due to the nature of professional-use nail products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of the primers and gels unless they are faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
As product integrity, storage conditions and contamination cannot be verified once products have left our premises, these items are non-returnable.
Professional Precision Lamp
The NAILS-LUXE Professional Precision Lamp may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the lamp has been damaged, altered, is incomplete or shows excessive signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return where appropriate.
If you believe your lamp is faulty, please contact our team before returning it so we can assist with troubleshooting and warranty support.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs and/or videos where applicable
We may also request batch numbers and additional information to assist with our investigation.
Products should not be disposed of until our team has completed the investigation process.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Education Courses
Education course bookings may be subject to separate Education Terms & Conditions.
Digital education products, downloadable content and online education materials are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded or issued.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
