How do you prep the nails before product?
We recommend carrying out your usual prep routine manual or e file prep and etching the natural nail with a 180 grit buffer, file or sanding band.
What’s the difference between Tacky Top Gloss and No Wipe Top Gloss?
Tacky Top Gloss will leave a sticky inhibition layer after curing, you will need to wipe after curing with IPA. No Wipe Gloss Top after curing will not leave a inhibition layer however we still recommend you wipe with IPA after curing. Its personal preferences as to what top coat you choose!
How long does the battery last in the cordless lamps?
Cordless Rechargeable lamp has a High-capacity 6400 mAh battery for extended use. Up to 4–6 hours working time per charge, depending on services performed
What is the curing times on all products?
All NAILS-LUXE products cure at 60 seconds
Why should i use a primer and what’s the difference between Grip & Bond?
Using a primer is great for clients nails who can be a bit more problematic. The main difference between the two primers, Prime bond leaves a slight tacky residue and prime grip creating micro-etches in the nail plate, allowing the product to anchor more to the natural nail.
Why is clear base important?
It is important for NAILS-LUXE to go back to basics we think it is really important to use a clear base for better curing and keeping track of your clients natural nail health.
Are your gels TPO and Hema free?
Yes, all products are Hema and Tpo free
Can i layer different bases together?
Yes, you can tailor all NAILS-LUXE products and layer how you feel best for your clients.
Do the primers air dry or do they need curing?
Both NAILS-LUXE primer air dry
Do I need a base underneath Hard Base?
You don’t need a base coat with Hard base, however for better adhesion we do recommend using rubber base underneath
Which bases are soak off in the system?
All four soft gel are soak off, Base Gel, Rubber base, Builder Gel and Fibre Base.
What bases can I extend with?
We recommend when you want to do any extension, you use Hard Base or Fibre Hard Base.
Does the lamp have a warranty?
Yes, A 12-month warranty is included with your lamp. Please retain all original packaging, as this will be required for any returns or warranty claims.
Where were the gels manufactured?
All NAILS-LUXE products are manufactured in the EU in line with strict cosmetic regulations.
Our formulas comply with UK and EU cosmetic safety standards (Regulation 1223/2009) and are fully registered on the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP).
Each product has been developed for professional use, with a focus on performance, consistency, and safety.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all products.

Can clients with allergies use the system?
You would need to know the exact known allergen that your client is sensitive to before you could care out any nail service on them. We have a chart listing the main allergens that each product has or hasn't got in them.
Do I need training to use the pro gel system?
Yes, you will need a minimum of a gel polish qualification.
What education courses are available?
We have a range of course from beginner gel polish through to builder gel and hard gel course. We also have have conversion courses in person and online.

How much product comes in each bottle/pot?
Both bottles and pot are 15g. It is just personal preference to which you like to use.
