Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after the order is placed. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know by email. During peak times (public holidays, promotions/sales, black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you. All UK orders are sent 24hrs tracked (£5.95)
Orders made after 2 pm (GMT) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding bank/public holidays).
International Shipping Updated (EU & USA)
We would like to inform our customers that while we do continue to ship internationally, including to the EU, Northern Ireland, and the United States, there are currently significant challenges affecting these deliveries.
Due to ongoing changes in regulations, customs processes, and increased tariffs, alongside wider global factors impacting international logistics, shipping costs have risen substantially. In some regions, external factors are also contributing to increased transit times and courier pricing.
As a result, additional import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply once parcels arrive in the destination country.
Because of this, any orders placed from outside of the UK will be reviewed by our team, and we will contact customers directly to confirm shipping arrangements and any additional costs before dispatch.
This approach ensures full transparency and allows us to proceed with orders only once all charges have been clearly agreed.
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption caused. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to return to a more streamlined international shipping process in the future.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
When you make an order on nails-luxe.com, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will then process, pick and pack the order (during working days Monday - Friday) we then hand it over to the courier.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email.
FREE SHIPPING
All UK orders over £99+, will qualify for free shipping. This will automatically be applied to your basket once you spend over £99.
ROW International ORDER TRACKING
We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your NAILS-LUXE product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked, packed and handed over to the courier. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@nails-luxe.com and we can amend the shipment address for you if its not too late.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You'll receive an automatic order confirmation email after purchase (please check your email is correct and check junk mail if you can't find this)
- Orders are dispatched up to 48hrs after your order is placed working days Monday - Friday (please be aware dispatch time can be longer during busy periods)
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped unfortunately then this is out of our control.
- Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility
If you are a buyer outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from nails-luxe.com, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
